크롬앱 시작화면 아이콘 바꾸기

크롬앱을 시작화면에 추가하면 아래 그림의 왼쪽처럼 모두 크롬 아이콘으로 표시된다.

오른쪽처럼 알맞은 아이콘으로 표시되도록 변경해보자.

1. 바꾸려고 하는 크롬앱을 우클릭해 "파일 위치 열기"를 클릭한다.

2. 바로가기를 우클릭하고 "파일 위치 열기"를 선택한다.

3. "chrome.exe"의 사본을 생성하고 생성된 사본의 이름을 chromeApps.exe로 변경해준다.

사본을 생성하고, 이름을 변경할 때, 관리자 권한을 요구하는데 "계속"을 눌러준다.

4. 다시 크롬앱들의 바로가기가 있는 폴더로 돌아가 바로가기를 우클릭하고 "속성"을 클릭한다.

5. "바로가기" 탭에 "대상"의 주소의 "~~\chrome.exe" 부분을 "~~\chromeApps.exe"로 바꾸고 "확인"을 누른다.

6. 잠시 후 아이콘이 변경되는 것을 확인할 수 있다.

I'm a huge fan of having the branch and status for my current project reflected in my bash prompt. Here's what mine looks like:

And here's how to get that:

First define some colors. This will make it easier to work with the escape sequences later:

폴더 이름 색상 변경

초기 값으로 windows 10 BASH shell의 현재 폴더 이름이 매우 읽기 힘든 색상으로 표시된다. 읽기 편한 색상으로 바꾸기 위하여 아래 두줄을 $HOME/.bashrc 파일에 추가해준다.

전체 폴더경로 표시 대신 현재 폴더명만 표시하기

현재 폴더 경로가 길어질 경우 shell을 사용하는데 라인이 길어져 오히려 불편해질 수 있다. 아래 코드를 $HOME/.bashrc 파일에 추가하여 현재 폴더명만 표시 할 수 있다.

위 단계를 모두 수행하면 bash shell이 아래와 같은 모습으로 표시된다.

VIM 색상 변경

VIM의 기본색상 또한 코드를 읽기 힘들게 설정되어있다. 아래 커맨드를 통해 읽기 편하게 바꿀 수 있다.

Install the ipython kernel module into your virtualenv

workon my-virtualenv-name  # activate your virtualenv, if you haven't already
pip install ipykernel

Now run the kernel "self-install" script:
```
python -m ipykernel install --user --name=my-virtualenv-name
```
Replacing the --name parameter as appropriate.
You should now be able to see your kernel in the IPython notebook menu: Kernel -> Change kernel and be able so switch to it (you may need to refresh the page before it appears in the list). IPython will remember which kernel to use for that notebook from then on.

ubuntu 16.04 numix theme vscode 아이콘설정

code.desktop은 너무 general한 이름이라고 따로 아이콘 이름을 배정해두지 않았다.

대신 vscode라는 이름으로 배정해두었기 때문에 아래와 같이 변경하면 기본 아이콘이 아닌 vscode 아이콘으로 변경할 수 있다.

$sudo gedit /usr/share/applications/code.desktop

icon=code 를 모두 icon=vscode 로 변경하고 저장

명령어로 바로 바꾸기

$ sudo sed -i 's/Icon=code/Icon=vscode/' /usr/share/applications/code.desktop

First check your kernel version, so you won't delete the in-use kernel image, running:

uname -r

Now run this command for a list of installed kernels:

dpkg --list 'linux-image*'

and delete the kernels you don't want/need anymore by running this:

sudo apt-get remove linux-image-VERSION

Replace VERSION with the version of the kernel you want to remove.

When you're done removing the older kernels, you can run this to remove ever packages you won't need anymore:

sudo apt-get autoremove

And finally you can run this to update grub kernel list:

sudo update-grub
